Rashtriya Uchchattar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) - National Higher Education Mission
RUSA is a centrally sponsored scheme (CSS) launched in 2013 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (now Ministry of Education), Government of India. It aims to improve the quality, access, equity, and governance of state higher education institutions through strategic funding and policy support.
